About Us

Florida Personal Injury Lawyers

We strive to build and maintain relationships through community involvement and by providing outstanding service to our clients through the collaboration of our legal team.

Our south Florida law firm provides hope to injured people. In addition to helping them obtain the funds they need to pay for their injuries, medical bills, and ongoing care, our attorneys  also link the injured with the resources they need to become fully informed about their condition. For example, we link people with the Brain Injury Association of Florida so that they can receive services and information. We provide a community relations specialist who acts as the liaison between our law firm, our clients, our clients' families, and healthcare providers. Betty Paleolog-Torres guides the firm’s clients who have suffered a brain or spinal cord injury through the continuum of care, linking them and their families to community programs when appropriate.

Our fees

We charge no fees for our services until we successfully obtain payment for your injuries, medical bills, and ongoing care needs.

Languages

Our lawyers and staff are bi-lingual in Spanish. We also have Creole-speaking staff, and we can obtain translators of any language when needed.

Our legal practice

Our goal is to help injured people return to their homes, schools, jobs, and communities whenever possible. While every case is different, and the severity of people's injuries does not always permit a complete re-integration, we work to provide people with the resources they need, whatever their stage of recovery.
