Jennifer Sosby was born in Georgia, lived in Missouri for several years and moved to Florida in 2005. She graduated from Brown Mackie College in Kansas with a Paralegal certificate. She entered the legal field in 1998 and has remained in the field for over 10 years. Her experience is in personal injury, medical malpractice, toxic tort and mass torts.

Ms. Sosby is involved in fundraising for several local charities by participating in 5K races throughout the year. Jennifer joined Toral Garcia Battista in 2008 and is presently a Litigation Paralegal for the firm.
