Brain Injury Handbook

Our law firm, headed by our Senior Partner, Frank L. Toral, is committed to serving survivors of a brain injury and their families throughout Florida. Mr. Toral’s commitment, however, extends far beyond the law. He is the current President of Brain Injury Association of Florida, Inc. and remains an advocate for Traumatic Brain Injury.

Mr. Toral is the author of “My Child Has a Brain Injury: What Do I Do Now?,” a handbook developed to help guide parents whose children have suffered a brain injury.  The handbook is distributed for free to families and professionals at hospitals and rehabilitation facilities upon request.  Hearing the words, "your child has a brain injury" can be incredibly frightening. The implications may be overwhelming and confusing as parents, naturally, want to protect their children from harm. The purpose of this handbook is to provide hope and empower families with information specific to brain injury.

For more information or to request a handbook, kindly contact our main office at 866.747.7848 and speak with our Community Relations Department.
