Donna Scarcelli was born in Niagara Falls, New York and moved to Florida with her family in 1966. She graduated from high school, received her AA Degree in Pre-Law from Broward Community College. She attended Florida Atlantic University where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice. Ms.Scarcelli received her Masters of Science Degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from Nova Southeastern University and is a post doctorate in the same field of study.
Ms. Scarcelli has worked in the legal profession since 1985 when she joined The Law Offices of Dell & Schaefer as Senior Legal Assistant to Dennis Schaefer. Ms. Scarcelli joined Toral Garcia Battista in 2000, and serves as Supervisor of the Pre-Litigation Department. Donna handles all catastrophic and traumatic brain injury cases for the firm.
